Can you hook up a second monitor right out of the box? null

No, see my detailed response to another question re. connecting a second monitor. I'll caveat that it may be possible if your second monitor is a wireless display; however, it is needlessly complicated and I would not repurchase for this very reason.

No, it doesn't have an HDMI output for a second monitor. It has three HDMI inputs and no outputs. I confirmed by trying to connect a monitor to all three HDMI and got no signal every time. Makes zero sense not having an HDMI output; I'll have to take it back because of that.

Yes, you can. The computer has an HDMI output on the back that you can connect a second monitor to.
