• You would want to look at the system requirements for any software from the developer's website. Updates can change the requirements which can affect which settings you can run the software on or if you can run it at all.

• It can run discord perfectly fine and it can run cpu games decently with maybe 50-60 fps. I haven't tried streaming on twitch but it might drop your fps a little.
