Thanks for your question. No, I don't believe so as it does not have a DisplayPort output. The HP TG01-1004 Gaming Desktop has the AMD Radeon RX 5500 and HDMI 1.4b output port. Their specs do not address QHD. HDMI 1.4b supports 3840 pixels wide by 2160 pixels high @ 24Hz | 25Hz | 30Hz.
