Thank you for reaching out. Power typically = heat. The Ryzen 3 series is a great choice for excellent performance without having a ton of extra unused potential that is generating heat for power not used. This model runs Windows 10 Home but Microsoft makes it fairly easy to upgrade to pro if wanted inside the Microsoft store built into the computer.
