“What is the warranty on this machine? Everything is fine for the first 30-40 minutes and then it freezes. It seems to re-boot and then it's OK. What's going on?”

Check with HP call them and be sure you have a warranty registered on HP site by BB, I didn't but HP will fix it. You can buy extended one. Should be 1 year manufacturer. Also HP warranty has help with setup for 2 months so may want to try calling them. Not sure shouldn't do that.
