• No there are now disc included. You can make a windows Install disk using the Microsoft Media Creation tool available on their website. Best thing to do is use a USB flash drive with 8GB or higher.

• No, Windows does not use the DVD any longer. You'll need to create a recovery drive using a USB stick. Look up a how-to online for the details
