No harder than with any other Windows 10 computer. The big difference is in the software not the hardware - Windows 10 is "kind of like" previous versions, but will take some getting used to. You have a few choices: - copy what you want to transfer to portable media (memory stick, etc.) - network the two computers together (although I don't know how to do that) - hire someone to do it for you. Since this is a common thing to do, there may be more automated ways to do it. Try searching "transfer files to new computer".
