• It should, on the Best Buy page says yes includes mouse & keyboard. Plus on unboxing YouTube videos it shows it does.

• Yes,Mine came with a keyboard and mouse and it has USB 2.0 and 3.1 but it does not come with display port or HDMI cords(It has 3 Display port ports and 2 HDMI ports)

• It comes with a corded optical mouse and keyboard but no other cables that I recall.
