HP support is garbage when it comes to upgrading RAM in this machine. I contacted HP CS to get help with why my G Skill RAM upgrade was running slower than optimal speed and they were ZERO help. Would not offer any assistance whatsoever. Pathetic... Also if you look at the responses from HP, they even list different specs, depending on who answered the question. Even they don't know their own equipment.
