• It doesn't have the full version of Microsoft Office 365, but it will open and do word documents, excel documents, and even PowerPoint document (with the software that is pre-installed). It is just a stripped down version of each product, so you don't have all options available.

• Yes it does. I installed Office 2016 and Project 2016 on it and it works just fine. I also have iTunes running on here as well.
