Can you expand memory from 8 to 16 null

According to the service guide for this model, it supports up to 12GB RAM. It would be able to physically hold 16GB but only 12GB is listed as supported. The guide also calls out that it is non-customer-accessible/non-upgradable meaning that some disassembly would be required.
