• A:Answer The 14m-dh1001dx can be upgraded to 32 gigabytes of RAM. There are 2 slots. You can put up to 16 gigabytes in each slot. Currently, there is a 128 GB M.2 solid state drive. So, if you upgrade the solid state drive, it would need to be a M.2 solid state drive.

Q: QuestionYou answer from before was the ram was 8gb stick and could not be upgraded. Does that mean it is soldered on the motherboard or just single slot that could have a larger memory diimm installed?

• A:Answer We apologize for any confusion there may have been on the RAM upgrade on the 14M-DH0003DX. You can actually upgrade the RAM to 32 gigabytes. There are 2 slots.
