“I bought it, but the lap top is hot. Is that normal? My other lap top bottom is not hot, but this one bottom is hot. is any other laptop hot too? please advice, I will decide if I keep it or not. thank you susan”

Hi Susan. I would suggest you speak with HP support at https://support.hp.com. You can also reach them by phone at 1-800-474-6836. The laptop has HP Coolsense installed. Here is a link to information on HP Coolsense software which also could help.
