• If you meant virtual desktops, then yes. Windows 11 has the ability to link your smartphone to your computer. The app is called Your Phone.

• You will want to look at the developer's site for system requirements to see what the minimum requirement is for running a virtual background in the program you use. Updates can change the requirements and affect the performance. Even if most cameras support it, other factors can come into play.
