“I'm looking at this computer for college the college asks for Windows 10, is there a way i could upgrade to windows 10? Also the campus wireless protocol is 802.11a, n, or ac (802.11b and g are not supported) does this computer fit the requirements?”

It ships with Windows 11 in S mode, but you can easily take it out of S mode by following the instructions at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/switching-out-of-s-mode-in-windows-4f56d9be-99ec-6983-119f-031bfb28a307#WindowsVersion=Windows_11. And yes, the computer meets the wireless requirements. In addition to the b and g protocols that your college does not support, it also meets the 802.11a/n/ac standards
