“How do you turn the Backlit Keyboard? It says the computer has it & It says it is F5 and or F12 but none work help?”

According to HP, their webpage lists it as being a backlit keyboard but I have this PC and it doesn't work but the model in the store at my local Best Buy did. That's why I am searching for this fix and basing this as advertised but not delivering what I purchased. So is this something the Geek Squad should be resolving since I'm paying for the Geek Squad support service? Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is no blacklit keyboard on this laptop. If you look at the specifications here it also stated that there is no blacklit keyboard. I think the hp cs just misunderstand? maybe. I used this laptop and have tried before.
