I was a bit scared, wasn't sure if it was the right one for him, since he is into gaming, coddling, Djng, He seems to love it and able to do everything he wanted for has great resolution and he also uses it for school work. I am very pleased with this product so far. I definitely recomend6

I had a Samsung laptop for almost 7 years. I was upset to let it go do to a drop it had. But this laptop was cheaper with touch screen and flips. So far I love it. I use it mainly for school purposes but occasionally watch Netflix on it. I can't complain. Well worth it.

Bought 2 of these for my wife and mother to complete their college classes. It's a nice design and light weight. I like the touchscreen as well and that it can double as a tablet. Cons: had to return my mom's because the keyboard stopped working on it a week after she got it. My wife's now has keys that won't work unless you press them multiple times and with a lot of force. I think the keys are the O, A, & S keys that don't work properly. It seems this is a common problem with these as all both of the ones I purchased had issues with the keys.

-------When I turned on laptop the first time right after I bought it, it probably take 15-30 minutes to finish setting up every thing. But after that the laptop will start in a minute. ------- There are a lot of pre-loaded apps/program on the laptop. I have to uninstall a lot of it. It's kinda annoying, but you can uninstall all of that in 10 mins. The onedrive app may be good for people who want to keep file accessible everywhere, but is very annoying for me. Have to search on how to uninstall/disable that. ----- This 14 inches laptop is the same size as my old 13.3 inches laptop. It's a perfect size. Not too heavy too. The laptop comes with a pen, which is a nice extra to this laptop. This laptop looks really good, not bulky. ------ Everything else is nice. I'am engineering student. And this laptop should be enough for most of the program I need. -----Anyone buying this laptop, make sure you go to setting>privacy. you may want to turn off a lot of thing in there.

Battery life 6hrish it won't go all day without plugging it back in, screen brightness is okay could be better, size is good for travel. To charge when plugged in from low to 100% it takes about 1 hour or so. There is a good amount of pre loaded stuff on it that I deleted right away as its not necessary. Its a decent laptop overall its not the best but its not the worst.

It’s been over 2 years, and this computer is still working! We use it for gaming, school zoom meetings, as well as Internet browsing and it can manage all of that. It might be slower compared to newer models but for the price it definitely has kept up with what we need it for.

I needed a laptop that was convenient to move around at work, good for long hours writing papers for school, and also could handle my mild game addiction. A sales rep picked out this computer for me and it’s been a dream! Also, with a student discount I got it for a fantastic price. Very pleased!

This item is perfect for students. Love the touch screen option. Easy to take to school. I suggest a cover if taken to school.

I just got mine a few days ago so I still have yet to see all new features. But I have to say its exactly what I was hoping to get out of a 2 in 1 laptop. Couldn't find any other product with pen included and decent hardware for the affordable price. Ty

Use this laptop for college and it is amazing! Great for college courses or just at home. Love the flip top too but I don’t use that feature too much. Love the touchscreen also!

Okay so I have had this computer for about a week now, and so far so good. I'll start off by saying that this computer is super easy to use as I am not a tech savvy person, so as far being user friendly, I give this computer 5 stars. However, the reason I give this computer 4 stars is the fact it took 15 minutes to get it up and running. It was sort of odd to me for a brand new computer to take that long to boot up, and I am not tech savvy as I said, but this did seem strange. It also lagged a little bit the first few times I used it, it would take a few minutes to load things and it didn't bother me but I know to some people that would be very annoying/frustrating after shelling out $500 on a brand new device. Overall, this computer is fantastic for a college student who needs a relatively small PC with enough processing power to do papers, watch Netflix or just for everyday use. I am thoroughly happy with this product and after a few days of using it, it works like a charm.

I love all the different ways I can use this. And how great it is. I use it literally for everything. I am a senior in college, and I use it to do all of my homework assignments, take summer courses online, write papers, research, from time to time shopping online, and watching Netflix. I am literally on it majority of the day, and it holds up really well. Some times it lags, but I think that has more to do with the internet connection. I would recommend this product!!

I absolutely LOVE my laptop. I work in a daycare and my Laptop travels to and from work with me everyday. It is lightweight and the ability to change it into a tablet is the greatest thing ever. The internet at work is slow and my IPhone 7 will not connect to it, but this laptop will. I have a stylus that I purchased for use with the laptop and it works great for taking notes, writing out lesson plans, drawing shapes for the kids, etc. I would say if youre in the market for a laptop that won't break the bank but will get the job, buy this one, you will not regret it!

I'm going overseas for a while so the 14" screen is perfect to use during transactions. I love that it came with a stylus but it's hard to keep up with since it doesn't slide in or attach to the computer. It does this weird thing, where it'll tell me the internet is not connected but I can still search the web. It's a nuisance but doesn't take away from the functionality.

Nice computer, decent price, but easy to break. Make sure you get the warranty. Dropped it and cracked the screen, now I'm paying almost as much as it cost to fix it. Love the computer though! Worth fixing. Its lightweight, compact enough to carry in my backpack. The 2in1 feature and hp pen allows me to use it for math homework as well. Overall great computer.

My daughter already has a Macbook Air which she loves but started college and learned she needed a PC to access some of the programs she needed for her courses. We research various PC options that were reasonable prices and settled on this. It's only been a few weeks but she says it is reliable and fast and does meet her needs.
