Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have been having troubles with my HP lately as well. First my internal speakers randomly stopped working. I sent it in to the geek squad and they fixed it.. but as soon as I got it back my internal microphone stopped working!? When I talked with geek squad they said it was an internal problem. I would suggest taking it up to geek squad to see if they could help. Or see if your laptop is set on tablet mode which turns the keyboard off.
