This laptop has 2 slots for RAM modules. The modules are removable. There is 1ea. 8 GB DDR4-3200 SDRAM (1 x 8 GB) installed. You can add another one for a total of 16GB. Most available RAM will work(SODIMM laptop ram). The important thing for dual-channel memory is to match the specs of both ram modules.
