Thank you for the question. The differences are subtle. The 14m-dy0033dx is an older model (Spring 2021) has a 45-watt adapter (65 watt adapter on the dy-1033), and an Intel® Core™ i5-1135G7 (up to 4.2 GHz with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology) processor - slightly slower than the 1033's processor (Intel® Core™ i5-1155G7 (up to 4.5 GHz with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology). The dy1033 is a tad smaller, at 32.2 x 20.9 x 1.99 cm, vs. the dy0033's dimensions of 32.2 x 20.9 x 2.06 cm.
