Hello, while an i5 laptop will run games it is recommended to have a dedicated graphics card in the unit you are planning on playing intense memory and power needing games, such as an Omen laptop. You have 14 days with Best Buy to try the device and if you are not happy with it you can exchange it for a more powerful model. Thank you for being an HP customer!
