How long can I use the computer until it overheats? null

Ive only had it one week but the few times ive used it it seems to get very hot with in minutes of using it. I don't know that it will overheat but it definitely runs hot and puts off a lot of heat.

There's no way to give you an answer that makes any sense, because there are too many variables: How hot it is in the room? What software are you running (if you're running games with a bunch of options turned on, the processor has to work harder and gets hotter)? What kind of surface is it on (a soft surface can block the air vents)?

I've used this computer for almost 3hrs while it's on the charger. It gets very hot if you are covering the vents but I don't get a warning about overheating.
