The short answer on the video card is no. This case needs a low profile, single slot card. Since the PSU is only 180W you cannot need a GPU power connector for your video card either. There is no video card that I know of that fits that criteria AND performs better than the Intel 630 that comes integrated. I don't have an answer to your second question.
