• It will print card stock. I have printed up to 100lb. Be advised that the quality is good but it takes frequent printhead cleaning and alignment for consistent good quality

• It will work on card stock up to 110lb weight. I honestly can't say for sure whether it will work on frosted acetate, but if the acetate is designed to work with an inkjet printer, it should do just fine.
