“This printer advertises that it comes with two years of ink. However, the ink bottles indicate they are to be used within 6 months of opening. What gives?”

• We are curious as to where you received this information. The Printing Material Shelf Life is 18-24 months. Previously opened bottles should be tightly capped and stored away from direct light, and excessive heat/cold.
