Hello, Yes, I have experienced this issue, not often, but when it does, I turn Power Off, Unplug, wait a few minutes then plug it back in and turn on. This has always worked for me. Also, from my experience, if you put to much paper in, this will happen, try using less paper when printing from the top. If none of those things work, reach out to HP customer service, I have always received good service from them. Hope this information has been helpful.
