• Yes, you can connect the HP - Smart Tank Plus 651 printer to your computer using the USB A to B cable. If you do not have the USB A to B cable, then you need to purchase one.

• I have to agree that this printer is a complete piece of garbage. I bought it a couple months ago and had all kinds of issues trying to get it connect wirelessly. I just went into a Best Buy and they sold me the wrong cable to try to connect it. Garbage, garbage garbage!

• It has the ports as well as wifi listed in the specs, but it doesn’t connect at all. Don’t waste your money. Too many bugs and very slow processing. I spent 2 hours trying all the different troubleshooting tips on HP’s website and it finally decided to work. The troubleshooting tips are useless. The printer is just buggy and doesn’t connect until the moon and stars are perfectly aligned.
