Can we upgrade ram and storage in this laptop null

Hello, this device is not accessible for upgrades internally. The EVO is extremely fast as well as the additional SSD and large amount of RAM. You have 14 days with Best Buy to use the device and if you find it is not to your satisfaction you can return or exchange it. Thank you for being an HP customer!

You can upgrade the storage drive but not the memory. I just did it. You would need an NVME drive and would need to image it or reinstall Windows/OS after doing so.
