As someone who appreciates high resolution IPS displays for their non-PWM flickering panels I share the same thoughts, but unfortunately it seems they went the exact same route as the Spectre x360 13.3 does in only offering 1080p IPS or 4K OLED (3K in this case). Which to me seems unfair as this is made with 3:2 for productivity where now people who want a higher quality display will suffer from PWM flickering/possible burn in from having white images for extended periods of time, or have to choose a lower quality one where text won't appear as sharp since it's not 3K. Truly a blunder from HP here.
