Hi, RAM upgrade is Support based on what processor you picked. if you picked i7-7500U(7th Generation) then you can only upgrade up to 16 GB. if your processor is i7-8550U(8th Generation) then you can put 16+16GB RAM in both slots. Regards Shyam
