• Yes, the 13" version will get the upgrade to 8th gen processors too, but no immediate release date. The 15" version is set to ship on Sept 12th or 13th.

• 1) I doubt it 2) HP has said to expect it in stores around 9/12, so probably. 3) HP has only announced the 15" with the 8th gen so far.
