• A:Answer Good question. You actually get 1 free year of Office 365 which includes Excel, Word, and all of the other Microsoft programs. Once the year is over, you have to renew the program every year for $69.99 to continue using it, or you can buy the Home & Student version to buy it outright. I hope this helps.

Q: QuestionABOUT THE MEMORY....I am interested in this laptop... But I just read a review that has me puzzled. The person said "Any Windows 10 computer with only 32GB of flash memory will not have enough memory to download any updates to Windows 10. You will only be able to run the version it comes with - no updates". Is this true?
