• I think, this is not gamer's laptop. The sims 4 and minecraft hardware requirements are higher: especially, for CPU (i3 or even I5, not Celeron) and graphics (GPUs).

• You would want to look up the minimum spec requirements from the developer sites. Even for streaming from XBOX on PC. An update can impact your ability to play a game or change affect the settings.
