Great question! I wish I'd asked it because the answer is no. I don't know that I would have used it, so far, very pleased with its performance but it would have been a nice feature. The price was really great and it was a determining factor for my purchase.

Only if downloaded. There's no slot to put in any CDs or DVDs

No, but you can use an external DVD drive that connects via USB.
