• No, sorry, the HP Stream laptop cannot handle Sims 4.

• The laptop will be in windows S mode you will have to deactivate that to download anything from the internet. The laptop also only has 64gb of storage Depending on how big the game is you should be able to download it. Now if the game will run would have to say that with the specs its not going to be a great experience. Adam
