Thanks for your question. Yes, this can run Steam and can also run many of the low requirement games, but it is not a gaming laptop and will not be very fast. This model for $399 would give you a much better gaming experience, but it is not a gaming laptop either. While you can play some games on any computer, modern games like Minecraft, Fortnite, and most other popular titles require a lot of power. For this reason, I would recommend a model with a dedicated Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) for PC gaming.
