Thanks for your interest in HP products! The HP Stream Laptop comes with Windows 10 in S mode. Windows 10 in S mode only uses Apps available on the Windows Store. If these apps are not available on the Windows Store you should be able to use most of the apps via your included Microsoft Edge browser.
