Does this pen work with a Dell Inspiron 13-7353? null

It works with any touch screen but better with the sesame brand you have in my opinion. I buy the same brand laptop printer pen etc but I have also used it for my sons chromebook and worked well.

To be honest the pens work with all touch screen laptops it’s just on preference. It does work but some work better then others. This one to me was a game changer! Love it!
