• I was told this is the one to use but you have to use the same in both slots. I bought and added another 8 GB for a total of 16 GB. I think you will need to buy two 16 GB for it to work.

• This model only supports up to 16GB DDR4-3200 memory in a 2 x 8GB configuration. HP has some gaming models that are pre-configured with 16GB of RAM.
