I went with Crucial's 64GB kit. The speeds and latency have to match, which is 5600 MT/s at a latency of CL46. If you want to find the right specifications of new memory, take a look at the current module's labels that are already installed in the system.

Is it A1SV3UA#ABA (Best Buy's model number)? HP Victus gaming laptop (a generic name)? 90P69AV or 16-s1000 (two numbers I found at the HP website)? I had the best results with this last number.
