“The number keypad on the right of the keyboard will not work with my HP Laptop. I have moved usb ports, shut down and restarted, num lock on and off but have not successfully been able to use the number keypad. I am using Windows XP.”

• Works fine with my HP desktop. Too bad the Number Lock key does not light up.

• Sometimes this is a BIOS problem. Can you go into your bios and find a setting for this? The computer manufacturer may have a forum that can give you assistance.
