If you update the drivers for your mouse it should work.

Go into device manager click the drop down menu for mouse and right click the mouse than properties, click power management and check the box that says enable mouse to wake computer up from sleep. Another option would be to update the driver for the mouse by going to logitechs website, click support and enter your model number than download the newest driver.
