I used the mouse chip to get the battery from out of the mouse so then I knew that I put the battery in the wrong way and I popped it the right place
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Remove the blue outer cover. Once the outer cover is removed you will see a blue plastic piece covering part of the batteries. This piece needs to be removed by pushing down and out on the two little tabs. Once the front is released pull the plastic piece out and you should be able to access the batteries.

Then, remove the releases that enable you to remove the plastic bracket that runs across the center of each battery. These releases can be found along the edge of the battery opening.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It's a little bit tricky, but with a sharp fingernail you pry the top plastic off from the back (pointed end). Put your fingernail right on the tip of the pointed end and it will pop right off!
