Your computing device and operating system needs an intelligent Blue tooth transceiver that allows specific identification of this dongleless mouse. Most computers, tablets, and phones in last 3 years should do this. If older, it may not work and a dongle based usb mouse is needed. My 7 year old Samsung tablets required for me to get an adapter to provide a usb 2.0 female connector to plug in the old style usb dongle or hardwire mouse to work.
