Did you check to see if the battery died? Turn it off when not in use.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That's weird, never had that happen to me
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The reason you have to pair the mouse with your computer is the mouse is like any Bluetooth device, will not connect until you pair it. I had mine paired and running within 30 seconds. If you don't turn your mouse off when your done the batteries are still being used and it weakens the life of the batteries. I've had mine for over 2 months and I've never had any problem with it working. I'm using windows 10, but regardless this should work without issues on either one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.it put itself to sleep when not in use to save the battery life. if you just click or move the mouse and give it a couple seconds to wake up it should be fine. if it is actually coming unpaired you need to check what is being turned on. is something bumping it? does your device have a limit of Bluetooth items that can be connected at once? this could be the issue. try hitting the blue connect button on the bottom of the mouse to see if that triggers it before forgetting it on the system. hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is a intermittent problem with most Windows 8.1 systems. Microsoft is aware of the problem but has yet to apply a patch/fix for this glitch.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it kept coming unpaired and I could not find a solution. In reviewing other reviews prior to purchase I noted that many others had this problem and no solutions either. I tried it with my HP laptop running Windows 7 Pro. I ended up returning the Bluetooth mouse and getting a wireless mouse instead.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That's windows sleeping the connection....is it a bug? maybe...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Two things: 1) If you have a wireless home phone that's using the same signal channel (MHz) and 2) Your WiFi is on the same MHz as well. - - - - - - - You will also notice that the mouse cursor will skip around and drive you crazy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I haven't had this happen to mine, You may want to play IT and scrub all razer software off ur rig and do a clean install. Make sure your on the latest firmware and have latest drivers as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Look at the power settings for the port you have the USB receiver connected into. It could be powering down after periods of inactivity.
