The weight must be between 13 and 44 pounds, and the mounting pattern must be either 75x75mm or 100x100mm. The mounting pattern is the distance between the 4 mounting holes on the back. 75x75mm is 2.9x2.9" and 100mmx100mm is 3.9x3.9". Thanks!
