Does the bands work con Latin America? I want to know if the 3g and/or 4g band of the Nexus 6P can be used in Latin America, specifically con Argentina.

This varies by the existing bands in your area. Search "Nexus 6P specs" and see what bands it supports. Remember that there are two versions, one global and one for North America. Although borh are unlocked, the global variant supports a few extra bands.
