• Not exactly. some bands may not be supported. if you use it in Turkey you should buy an Euro/Globe version which is A2

• Yes it has necessary frequencies to cover Turkish operators. I suggest you check it with Google store as they have the full specs listed there you can check listed frequencies with your specific operator
