It can be used all over Europe. I have traveled with this phone in many countries and it works just fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Honor 8 is a GSM phone, which is the standard in most of the world. It does not come with a SIM card in it, so you would get a local one. If you want to be sure, I suggest you talk with the intended carrier and make sure the data bands match up - check the Best Buy website and look under 'specifications' and scroll down to 'network' - it lists the various frequencies and bands for data and voice that are supported.
