• Can you clarify your question? LOTS of phones are made in China, but many are region specific to accommodate local regulations, warranties and languages. Specifically, what do you mean by 'input?'

• The Honor 8 does have Chinese as a language setting. To select this language you need to look on the text input screen, swipe down from the status bar to open the notification panel. Then touch select input method in the Notifications tab, and then select the desired input method. (SP)
